Publish an Apple SwiftPM XCFramework (#11)
Wrap the iOS, iOS simulator and macOS slices in stable_diffusion.xcframework
so Flutter Apple apps can link the runtime through a checksum-pinned SwiftPM
binaryTarget instead of hook-bundled dylibs, whose Flutter-written
MinimumOSVersion (13.0) disagrees with the binary's 16.4 minos.
- Add an ios-x64-sim target: Xcode builds generic and Intel-host simulator
destinations for x86_64 and fails to link without that slice.
- Read each framework's Info.plist minimum OS from LC_BUILD_VERSION.
- Write a reproducible zip and record it in manifest.json and SHA256SUMS.
- Validate slices, exports, dependencies, install names and plists, and
link the zip into a SwiftPM consumer in PR validation and before release.
