What changed

• Charts now default to the full timeline from repository creation through the current date. Explicit period and weeks settings remain supported.
• Full-history comparisons start at the earliest included repository creation date and preserve missing-history coverage information.
• Replace synthetic Rails showcase data with a frozen, verified GitHub snapshot, including real Propshaft and Sprockets Rails comparison histories.
• Regenerate all 96 SVG examples, the showcase GIF, both Rails videos, and validation images.
• Add an explicit example-data refresh command while keeping ordinary example generation deterministic and offline.
• Update README installation guidance, setup-site workflows, and package metadata for v0.3 (package version 0.3.0).

The Rails snapshot reports 58,751 current stars and 58,750 recorded historical additions. That difference is preserved rather than inventing or scaling history. Zero-star and one-star examples remain explicitly synthetic.
