A six-article batch produced only stdout audit output. Later draft rebuilds invalidated the catalog ids, while manual MP publication consumed two drafts. The old completion boundary treated API acceptance as complete before durable evidence and backlinks agreed.
Impact
Post-side-effect failures now return explicit partial outcomes. Draft disappearance is never auto-classified as publication when
