vizz v0.19.0

macOS app bundle with Syphon embedded. Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so it opens with a normal double-click — checked in CI with spctl and stapler validate before publishing. Appears in Resolume/VDMX as Syphon source 'vizz'; OSC control on udp/7000.
