Adds an explicit, per-request ChatGPT web surface selector.

• surface: "chat" uses the regular ChatGPT conversation or project composer.
• surface: "images" uses https://chatgpt.com/images.
• Supports CHATGPT_WEB_SURFACE, CLI --surface, and MCP tool input.
• A /images URL automatically selects the Images adapter.
• Keeps local-browser/CDP, allowlist, serialization, and sanitized-error safety boundaries intact.
