Adds fixed ChatGPT Projects and reusable character/style consistency profiles.

  • Automatically creates or reconfigures one fixed ChatGPT image project.
  • Persists only the project URL/name and optional text profiles in a local mode-0600 settings file.
  • Adds setup_chatgpt_image_project MCP tool and setup-project CLI command.
  • Adds per-call character_profile, style_profile, and use_consistency controls.
  • Keeps project UI automation, local settings, prompt composition, and image generation in separate modules.
  • Does not package the operator-specific project URL, settings file, browser profile, or credentials.
