Series episodes can't disappear for a day anymore: if TMDB has a hiccup while loading a show's episodes, it retries in a few minutes instead of showing an empty detail page for 24 hours
AllDebrid and Premiumize provider cards work on the configure page: selecting them now actually activates the card and reveals the key field (a hidden dropdown was silently discarding the new providers)
