Safer account push

• Existing addons stay installed: pushing LeLibrary now adds or updates only LeLibrary instead of removing the rest of your Stremio or Nuvio setup
• Existing collections stay installed: pushing new LeLibrary franchises now replaces only the LeLibrary collection and preserves your other collections
• Old LeLibrary copies are cleaned safely: stale LeLibrary entries on other Nuvio profiles are removed without touching unrelated addons or collections
• Franchise Home rows stay hidden: LeLibrary Franchises remains available in Collections without duplicating every franchise across Home
• Collections are no longer forced to the very top: the LeLibrary collection is placed above the normal library rows without being pinned permanently
