Add sum functions for various hash sizes

This release introduces new functions for calculating Blake3 hashes with various output sizes:

• Sum224: Calculates a 224-bit Blake3 hash.
• Sum256: Calculates a 256-bit Blake3 hash.
• Sum384: Calculates a 384-bit Blake3 hash.
• Sum512: Calculates a 512-bit Blake3 hash.

These functions provide convenient ways to directly obtain the desired hash size without manually creating and managing a hasher instance.

Additionally, a test case has been added to verify the correctness of Sum256.
