Add multiplayer on local network
Add command system in chat

Command:

/<command> <value> - for set value
/<command> - for get value

Add chat commands:

1. /dis <double value> - set min distance from tower to enemy
2. /vel <double value> - set velocity enemies
3. /mhpcas <double value> - set max hp castle (need restart game)
4. /mhpen <double value> - set max hp enemies
5. /cdtow <double value> - set cooldown tower attack (need restart game)
6. /dmgtow <double value> - set damage tower attack (need restart game)

May not working on windows 7 and lower
May launch not fisrt start
