Changes

• Anchored item and skill information tooltips to the bottom of 4:3 and 16:10 displays while preserving their original 16:9 scale.
• Applied the tooltip positioning fix across equipment, inventory, skills, status, upgrades, costumes, follower selection, saved monster teams, combat, and other shared tooltip screens.
• Fixed combat Buff Info icons so they remain correctly scaled and aligned with monster health bars.
• Prevented the standard combat tooltip from covering the Buff Info description panel.
• Adjusted the Buff Info description panel to remain fully visible on cropped aspect ratios.
