🎯 What: The testing gap addressed
The splitWord utility function in src/lib/utils/thaiwords.ts was entirely untested. Additionally, the existing src/lib/utils/thaiwords.test.ts file had an unresolved syntax error causing test runner failures.

📊 Coverage: What scenarios are now tested

  • Empty strings returning [].
  • Simple Thai words without tone marks (e.g. ทำ).
  • Complex Thai words with appended vowels and tone marks (e.g. น้ำ, สวัสดี).
  • Special characters handled by the function's regex (., *, /).
  • Behavior with English text / unsupported characters (characterization test ensuring stability).

Result: The improvement in test coverage
The splitWord function is now fully tested for structural correctness and edge cases. The test suite executes successfully, preventing regressions as the codebase scales.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5714233582183761011 started by @lemononmars

Added unit tests to `src/lib/utils/thaiwords.test.ts` for the `splitWord` function, verifying behavior for empty strings, standard Thai words, words with tone marks, special characters, and non-Thai input. Fixed an existing syntax error in the same test file.
