• Questionnaire Skip/Continue buttons stopped working on Cursor 3.8+: Cursor dropped the composer-skip-button / composer-run-button classes, so the action buttons are now div[data-click-ready] children of the still-intact .composer-questionnaire-toolbar-actions, with the clean label in a span.truncate next to a keybinding-hint span. Extraction now falls back to those elements (legacy classes stay primary) and emits a stable anchored selector path, and the executor matches labels via span.truncate first so the keybinding hint no longer pollutes the match. Cursor 3.8+ tool rows (data-find-row-key="tool-placeholder:…" with an inner data-react-transcript-row-kind="activity") are also now mapped to tool cards. Fixes public#44; driven by live-DOM probe data from @habruzzo.
• "Show logs" appeared to do nothing (extension): the output channel could be empty when the server had never spawned, and a no-arg show() doesn't force the panel to reveal, so clicking the command looked like a no-op. It now forces reveal + focus and, when the channel is empty, prints a diagnostic header (extension version, server state, log path) so there's always something actionable to see. Fixes public#47.
