Tag Cleaning Capabilities and Examples

• Change months for numbers to strings or vice versa, e.g. replace "3" with "March".
• Convert text to LaTeX format, e.g. replace "&" with "&".
• Convert international unicode characters to LaTeX format.
• Convert quotes to LaTeX format, e.g. replace "text" with ``text''.
