升级 / Upgrade

Use the 0.2.5 tag through your host's installation flow, then restart or reload.
OMP uses its explicit Extension path. Codex users must review changed Hook
definitions when the host requests renewed trust. See INSTALL.md.

验证范围 / Verification

609 source tests passed; three optional checks skipped. Offline cases passed
22/22. Packed OpenCode 1.18.18/2.0.18 and installed OMP 18.4.4 passed the tested
native paths. Host checks used native tools or deterministic local responses,
with zero external model API calls. They do not establish general model
effectiveness or Git-source installation. Attachment parsing remains unproven.
