New: Dedicated AI Settings panel

Settings ⚙ button in the toolbar opens a right-side drawer
Configure API Base URL, API Key, and Model in one place
Refresh model list — fetches available models from your OpenAI-compatible endpoint and lets you pick from the list
Test Connection — sends a quick request and shows the response, so you know the setup works before running extraction
Removed the inline AI config from Step 1 — cleaner workflow
