Initial release of ipakit — a pure-Python IPA phonetic toolkit: phonetic features, distances, natural classes, and conversion between IPA and CMU ARPABET, X-SAMPA, Kirshenbaum, and TIMIT. Zero runtime dependencies, typed (mypy-strict), library + ipakit CLI.
