• Telegram notifications carry the session's name. Rename a Claude Code
  session with /rename and every notification it sends shows that name after
  the project — 🦈 Claude · my-app · orchestrator — so when several
  sessions run in the same folder you can tell which one is asking without
  opening the chat. Renaming again takes effect on the next notification. Only
  names you set yourself count: the title Claude generates on its own is left
  out, and a session you never renamed looks exactly as before. Claude Code
  only for now — Codex and Copilot CLI have no equivalent of /rename.
