Version 0.1

This is the first version that implements the basics of the UCI protocol.
The search currently just returns the first available move that is found (I know I know, very smart).
Tested with CuteChess.
This is not an actual release, but rather a "checkpoint" indicating that some of the basic work is now done and the engine is technically working.
