MariaDB 5.5 stuck at initializing

I am trying to replicate our production:
PHP version: 7.4.24
5.5.68-MariaDB

I am able to replicate PHP and running, but when starting the DB, the DB is stuck at initializing...
I looked at the error file:
260531 11:55:08 [Note] Plugin 'InnoDB' is disabled.
260531 11:55:08 [Note] Plugin 'FEEDBACK' is disabled.

Has anyone come across this issue or know how to enable InnoDB for MariaDB 5.5 on Laragon?

@hackerfi : Hmm, Laragon doesn't support very old version of MariaDB like 5.5

That is what I get for listening to AI (Gemini), "Laragon natively relies on the MySQL/MariaDB binaries bundled in its releases, but because of MariaDB's robust backward compatibility, it can support versions as old as MariaDB 5.5. You can manually download and add older or newer releases."
