Laragon v8.4.16 on Win11 I changed something and now my sites don't work

I set up two joomla6 test sites which worked perfectly. Then I changed something, can't remember what and I got a great many messages like this:
Deprecated: Safe\mssql_connect(): Implicitly marking parameter $servername as nullable is deprecated, the explicit nullable type must be used instead in D:\laragon\etc\apps\phpmyadmin\vendor\thecodingmachine\safe\deprecated\mssql.php on line 100

so I panicked and changed a few other things. Stupid I know.
Is there any way I can identify my original settings or settings which will work for Joomla 6?

To add to my misery phpadmin now shows there are no databases! What have I done?

@paul402pd2 : You might update PHP, please switch back to the PHP version that worked.

Thanks I reinstalled from the backup and everything worked almost perfectly again!
