Master-detail split layout for Credential Usage Statistics
- Desktop (≥900px): clicking a credential shows an inline detail panel on the right side with slide-in animation, replacing the modal dialog and filling previously empty space
- Mobile (<900px): retains fullscreen modal dialog behavior
Fix dialog positioning bug using React Portal (createPortal) to escape CSS stacking context from backdrop-filter and transform on parent elements
Responsive modal styles for mobile viewports (fullscreen on ≤768px)
