First public, open-source release.

Removed

• The commercial EDD Software Licensing client: the plugin updater
  (EDD_SL_Plugin_Updater), the license key settings and status UI, and the
  license activation / deactivation calls. The plugin no longer contacts any
  licensing or update server.

Notes

• Earlier version numbers belong to the plugin's internal / commercial history
  and were never released publicly. 1.5.0 is the first public release.
• Updates are manual: download a new zip from the Releases page and re-upload.
