Sheepdog app 0.1.0

First public build of the Sheepdog Android app (Android 8+).

Download sheepdog.apk, install it (allow installs from your browser if Android asks), open it and follow the setup: it walks you through herdr, Tailscale and pairing with your PC.

PC side: curl -fsSL https://sheepdog.leonavas.com/install.sh | sh (see the README).
