Fixes & Improvements in v1.4.1

  • In-App Updater Remote Navigation:

    • Resolved D-pad focus trap in the Updates tab by wiring down-navigation directly to the update action button.
    • Added automatic focus capture for Download & Install, Install Update, and Retry buttons on state transitions.
    • Added D-pad UP navigation to smoothly return remote focus back to the top tab bar.
    • Cleaned up tab header from "Updates (v1.3.0)" to "Updates" to eliminate confusion with update notifications.

  • Package Installer Permissions (Android 14):

    • Added unknown app sources check (canRequestPackageInstalls()) prior to launching package installer.
    • Automatically grants REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission during local ADB setup.
