Button Remap UI & Navigation Overhaul

• Inline Volume Fix Compact Toggle: Moved the Xiaomi / Android 9 volume repeat toggle into an inline pill toggle within the Accessibility Status Card header, freeing vertical real estate and preventing clipping of the Remote Buttons card and preset options.
• Symmetrical D-pad Navigation: Entering Tab 3 directs focus immediately to the left column (Learn Remote Button or Accessibility Setup) rather than jumping to the right column; UP navigates through Volume Fix to Tab 3; RIGHT transitions smoothly to the configured remaps list; LEFT from any configured remap card returns focus directly to Learn Remote Button; UP from the top remap returns to Tab 3.

Compact Recent Apps Settings Card

• Single-Row Design: Squeezed RecentAppsToggleCard into a slim single-row card (height reduced from 160dp to 46dp), saving over 110dp of vertical space so an extra full row of installed apps is visible in the grid without scrolling.
• Inline Limit Chips: Sized limit chips to 34x28dp with 12sp font and horizontal expand/collapse animation.
• Fluid D-pad Navigation: Tab 4 DOWN moves directly to Toggle; DOWN from Toggle enters the apps grid; RIGHT enters limit chips (1..5); LEFT returns to Toggle; UP from top apps row returns to Toggle.
