v0.1.1

Choose a tag to compare

@leonkoech leonkoech released this 08 Oct 00:55

Adds the project logo, fixes the README's domain-specific example, fixes a real pgfire transaction bug (rollback-on-exception was a no-op).

v0.0.4 - Description

Choose a tag to compare

@leonkoech leonkoech released this 08 Oct 00:47
Add logo, remove domain-specific "therapist" from the quickstart example

Logo embedded via an absolute raw.githubusercontent.com URL in the
README, since both GitHub's repo "description" field (plain text only,
can't hold images) and PyPI's rendered page (which reads this README,
not GitHub's description) need an absolute URL to resolve an image -
relative paths don't reliably work on PyPI's renderer.

Swapped the quickstart's "therapist" example value for something domain-
neutral ("admin"), since pgfire isn't tied to any one application's
vocabulary.

Initial Release of pgfire (FirePost ORM)

  • Minimal, single-filed Firestore-to-PostgreSQL migration bridge.
  • Preserves complete Firestore SDK syntax (.collection().document().where()).
  • Runs natively on PostgreSQL utilizing optimized JSONB storage and custom aggregation operators.
  • Configured with PyPI Trusted Publishing (OIDC).
