Voice orders demo

Demo of hold-to-talk voice orders on the feature/voice-orders branch (56 seconds).

The recording demonstrates:

1. Setup: Settings → Integrations → Voice (Groq/OpenAI key or Local Whisper).
2. Live thread navigation: holding Right Ctrl and saying "Two", "Next", "Four". The highlighted chat changes while Right Ctrl stays held.
3. Live scrolling: holding Right Ctrl and saying "Go to the top", "Down", "Up". The list scrolls while Right Ctrl stays held.
