Release v2.0.1.7

This release includes a correction to the notification trigger when mandatory data is missing, removing the need to refresh the page to view them.
It also solves a problem with the QuickSubmit plugin, which returned an error when published without the required OA Switchboard data.

This version is compatible with OJS 3.4.0.x
