Adds verified in-app updates.

Checks only the macos-v* release stream; API releases are ignored.
Displays an in-app update notice and a Check for Updates menu action.
Update now downloads the macOS ZIP, verifies its published SHA-256 checksum, validates the app bundle and signature, then installs and relaunches it.
Includes the chat-stream navigation fix: changing views or threads no longer loses an active assistant response.

Install:

Download and unzip WeeOrchestrator-macOS-v0.2.3.zip.
Move WeeOrchestrator.app to Applications and open it.
Future releases can be installed from inside the app using Update now.
