Links broken: 404 not found

Some lap.lepture.com/github-cards/cards links no longer seem to be functional. For example, I have code that loads from:

https://lab.lepture.com/github-cards/cards/medium.html?user=zwimer&identity=ghcard-zwimer-1

Which now just 404s
