Adds pomerium entry to clients.json#1588

I like the classical reference here! I've concluded that this project is too broad for what the ACME clients list page is aiming to track. I've noted this in case we're able to create a "projects including ACME integrations" page. |

On second thought, I misunderstood the scope of the "Projects" section and I think this does validly belong in that section! |

OK for Projects section.

On third thought, @bdaehlie said that the "Projects" section is no longer being updated. So while this does properly belong in that section, I was sort of right to think that we no longer consider that section to be maintained. Does that mean the section should be split off into a separate file, a separate Git repo entirely, or should be deleted? |

Thanks, I'm including this via #2018. |
This PR adds Pomerium to the
clients.jsonfile. Pomerium's Autocert setting uses an ACME client to manage certificate automation when enabled in an org's Pomerium configuration. Please see the Autocert settings page for more information.
