Highlights

  • Expose Prometheus JVM and process metrics for Fleet API, Proxy, and MCP.
  • Add API lifecycle metrics for running, starting, and failed mocks; startup queue and capacity; startup outcomes and latency; pod deletion outcomes; and reclaimed reservations.
  • Add preconfigured Prometheus pod annotations to the Helm chart. Scraping defaults to false; enable it with metrics.scrape=true for annotation-aware Prometheus or OTel collectors.
  • Document per-pod scraping and PromQL that avoids double-counting shared lifecycle gauges.
  • Improve the root README onboarding and reference links.

MCP's metrics endpoint moves from /q/metrics to /mcp/metrics; update existing scrape configurations. The Helm annotations use the correct paths and HTTP ports.
