Dashboard improvements

  • Retain the mock ID filter when switching between Config and Mappings. Both tabs now share the same filter value. (#139)
  • Serve mapping folders and file trees from a backend cache instead of scanning storage each time the Mappings tab opens. (#140)

The mappings cache refreshes at startup, every 30 seconds, and after dashboard deletions. Set MOCK_FLEET_MAPPINGS_REFRESH_INTERVAL to adjust the interval, for example 1m. External file changes appear after the next refresh; downloads continue to read live files.
