Bug Fixes

• Fixed ADS fatigue HP penalty not applying after stamina reached 0.
• Fixed the first ADS fatigue damage tick being skipped forever by the initial cooldown timestamp overflow.
• ADS fatigue damage now reduces HP by 1% of max HP per second and stops at 1 HP.

Diagnostics

• Added temporary ADS fatigue trace output for latest.log via /rogue_admin debug stamina_trace <seconds>.
