Updates

• more flexible database connection configuration:
  • user now has the ability to choose which database connection in the PGPASS file they would like to use to connect
  • last known connection is saved and reused
• fix issues with plot names:
  • the value at time selected by the cursor is now shown
  • SI value formatting is now shown correctly
• time buckets: the value of "max points" is used to determine the width of the time bucket (larger max points will result in smaller time bucket)
