Beginning in v1.14 HELP will be more expansive (Issue #105)

Previous HELP case in Handle Command.vi only returned a list of possible API methods:

There is now a Handle Help.vi that will accept an argument for which command you want help for (ie HELP IDN. HELP HELP, HELP YOURCOMMAND, etc);
