list_reviews wraps GET reviews/v1/projects/{p}/reviews with every documented
filter (status, workflow id/name, name, sequence id, date ranges, next-action
user/role/company, approver, archive) and auto-pagination. get_review resolves
a review by UUID or UI sequence number (exact match picked client-side from the
partial-match filter, archived fallback) and optionally includes progress,
versions (approve_status label filter) and the workflow snapshot.

Bump version to 0.2.0.
