Where's the api keys section under Settings?

Where's the api keys section under Settings?
Also, the refresh button at the top doesn't do anything and doesn't animate when clicked.

The Settings button at the bottom is disabled.

It's in the MODELS section now. Directly on the menu. Will update the docs soon.
