Release 1.1.0

This release fixes the following issues:

• Docker deployment of backend
• Commands in cli to start and stop the backend
• Abreviations for the commands
• Summary line in reports, the total worktime is now reported
• In project time report, times are now shown as HH:mm
• Bug: German Umlaute are possible for usage in activities and bookings
• Some smaller improvements, spelling corrections, development improvements

Warning tag is not proper, maven release process screwed. Therefore if build upon tag clean up pom files concerning versions of component and datamanager dependency!
