What are the essential differences between bulk hic and single cell hic using hickit to build 3D model

Hi Heng,

Before I dig into the code, may I ask about how different it will be between bulk hic and single cell hic when use hickit to construct the 3d model. Why would it been so different? Does it mean the 3D model construction algorithm only allow binary connection (yes or no) between two beads instead of a interaction frequency or any numeric type of data such as reads counts?
