• Simplify the GPU sensor row to show power first, followed by labeled edge and
  memory temperatures, while omitting unavailable values.

Fixed

• Fall back to input power on GPUs that do not expose average power.
• Keep runtime-suspended GPUs visible as sleeping, preserve their PCI-order
  indices, and initialize telemetry in place when another workload wakes them.
• Allow for delayed AUR package-page/RPC indexing after a successful packaging
  push, avoiding false publication failures during normal index convergence.
