Building the CRAFT evaluation Docker container

Bill Baumgartner edited this page May 1, 2020 · 10 revisions

This wiki page describes the steps required to build the CRAFT Shared Task Evaluation Docker container. Note that building the Docker container should not be necessary as a pre-built container is available on DockerHub.

Please see the README for information on which Docker image [VERSION] to use.

System Requirements

Build the container

To build the CRAFT evaluation Docker container:

  1. Download a stable release of this repository or clone this repository to get the most up-to-date version. If participating in the CRAFT Shared Tasks, please download the v3.1.3_0.1.2 release. Note the version number listed before the underscore for each release indicates the version of the CRAFT corpus that is included in the container.
  2. Unpack the repository downloaded (if necessary), then execute the following commands to build the container:

cd /path/to/repository/download/     (Note, this is the directory containing the Dockerfile file.)
docker build -t ucdenverccp/craft-eval:[VERSION] .

  1. Once the container has successfully built, follow instructions for evaluation using the Docker container here.
