⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • Renames tag-releases-with-prefix.yaml to monorepo-semantic-release.yaml

  • This workflow now uses the npm ecosystem for semantic
    release, which may cause issues for projects already using npm. Projects
    not using NPM shouldn't expirence issues.
