examples autodoc itemized list nesting problem

The contents of "Fitting an MLIP" in https://libatoms.github.io/workflow/examples.html are listed on the same level, as opposed to being nested under it. Not sure if this is manual or autogenerated.

Looks like the problem is the nesting levels in source/examples.mlip_fitting.md. I'm not sure the right way to fix it is to do ## Table of Contents (instead of a single #), or if there's an automated way of generating that ToC.
