Liberu Automation v3.0.0 completes the governed Laravel application refactor on the verified main commit. It includes the core foundation, API, Filament, and Livewire module composition; Jetstream teams, tenancy, policy and settings foundations; Automation workflow, approval, AI gateway, connector, media, processing, rules, prompt, and evaluation packages; public Composer/Packagist package releases; deferred presentation technologies remain intentionally out of scope. Verification passed Composer validation, module and OpenAPI validation, Pint, PHPStan, application and package tests, 100% application coverage, frontend build, Docker/install CI, and release checks. Kubernetes validation remains environment-dependent when kubectl is unavailable.
