Add LPC43xx LPCLinkII Example

Not tested on real hardware by me, just opened pull request for consideration.

It would be great if this was merged. I shouldn't have to keep directing people to a pull request for useful information.

Agreed, you can put a readme in the directory that says "committer was
unable to test" or something so folks have their expectations set correctly.

I'm considering uwe+titanmkd+nmz787 good enough for me. I'd like to merge this, but simply enabling the lpc43xx builds, which got disabled at some point is still failing, with problems in the hackrf, so I can't even test that this builds. If someone can fix that, I'll happily merge this.
