Adds operator-owned secrets, certificates, backups, diagnostics, MariaDB shell access, and template drift reporting. Compose-declared secrets and volumes are now derived at runtime, with ./secrets as the default local secret source and existing Compose/Vault-backed mounts remaining compatible.
Also prioritizes canonical compose.yaml discovery while retaining legacy filename compatibility.
