Summary

  • follow the LibOps-owned reusable smoke workflow on its managed main branch
  • install the latest published sitectl and sitectl-wp packages instead of copying exact versions
  • keep immutable pinning for external dependencies in the shared libops/renovate-config preset

This keeps consumer configuration current while the release and deployment paths continue to record resolved immutable identities as evidence.
