Linux: udev input driver not working in KMS mode.

No keyboard input in KMS mode when using the default "udev" input driver, cannot exit Retroarch. Have to change to "linuxraw" before RGUI will respond at all.

You have to set correct permissions on /dev/input/event devices. Their often root-only unless you fix udev rules.
